If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept intact in their original packaging at all times.

All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Chokhi Dhani Foods (A Unit Chokhi Dhani Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

RETURNS

  • You have 3 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days.

SHIPPING

You need to ship back the products in their original packaging within the cardboard box. Items received in any other packaging apart from the original packaging will not be liable to refund after examination by management.

REASONS FOR WHICH NO RETURNS SHALL BE ACCEPTED

Please Note that returns will not be accepted on the ground of disliking the taste or design. Also, the pictures shown on the website are for visual representation and the actual product may vary.

The product description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors, there can still be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, taste details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Chokhi Dhani foods believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit/product received.
